1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Angela's Quilting Bee services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide professional longarm quilting services. Services include edge-to-edge quilting and custom quilting options as described on our website.

3. Orders and Payment

• Orders are priced based on quilt dimensions at our current rate per square inch
• Payment is due before pickup or return shipping of your completed quilt
• We accept payment via credit card through Stripe
• Prices are subject to change; however, confirmed orders will be honored at the quoted price

4. Quilt Care and Liability

• We take the utmost care with every quilt entrusted to us
• While rare, quilting is a craft that carries inherent risks
• Our liability is limited to the replacement cost of materials or the quilting fee, whichever is less
• We are not responsible for pre-existing defects in quilt tops or batting

5. Turnaround Time

Turnaround times vary based on our current workload. We will provide an estimated completion date when we receive your quilt. Rush services may be available for an additional fee.

6. Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled before quilting begins with no penalty
• Once quilting has started, the order cannot be cancelled
• Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5-10 business days

7. Shipping

• For mail-in orders, customers are responsible for shipping costs to our studio
• Return shipping costs (if applicable) will be added to your order total
• We are not responsible for quilts lost or damaged in transit to our studio
• Return shipments are insured for the order value

8. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
